Privacy Policy

We collect only what's needed to complete your order: your email and payment details, which are processed by Stripe (we never see your full card number). Your email is used to send your download links (via Resend) and for support. We don't sell your data, don't use ad trackers, and don't sell or share your data.

Free worksheet signups: if you enter your email for the free worksheet and tick the consent box, we store your email, optional first name, the date and the consent wording (on Netlify). We may occasionally email pricing tips and product news; ask to be removed any time via the contact form. Buying a product does not sign you up for marketing email. To request deletion, use the contact form.

Email list

If you sign up in the "free free tools and occasional updates" box, we store your email address, the page you signed up on and the date in our site database (Netlify Blobs). We send one welcome email with the free item right away (via Resend), then about one email a month at most. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link; after you unsubscribe we keep only a record that you opted out, so you are never re-added by mistake. We never sell or share your email.

Text messages and mobile numbers

If you text our line (833) 734-1333 or choose "Text me order updates" or "text me deals" at checkout, we store your mobile number, what you opted into, the time and the page you opted in on, and the messages exchanged. We use it only to send what you asked for (order confirmation and download link, replies, and deals only if you chose them). Texts are sent by TaskStaffed (operator of BidSheet Kit) through Twilio. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. See SMS terms.
