BidSheet Kit is operated by a sole proprietor in California, USA. Purchase grants you a personal/single-business license to use and modify the spreadsheets. You may not resell or redistribute the files.

The spreadsheets are estimating tools provided "as is". They are not accounting, tax, legal or financial advice, and results depend entirely on the numbers you enter. We are not liable for pricing decisions or business outcomes. Liability is limited to the amount you paid.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Governing law: California.
